The Challenge

Real rounds build a real boxing coach.

Ringwork is a private beta built with sparring, pads, bag work, and shadowboxing from real fighters and gyms. The AI Boxing Project gives fighters, coaches, and analysts a reason to contribute now — and a chance to help shape what Ringwork becomes next.

01

Upload your training

Bring in sparring, pads, bag work, or shadowboxing from your phone.

02

Review the action

Work through short clips and label or confirm the punches you see.

03

Build Challenge Points

Creating a punch label or confirming someone else's earns Challenge Points toward September.

Complete at least 100 reviewed punch actions during September to qualify.

A reviewed punch action is creating a punch label or confirming someone else's via review — both count equally, and count the moment you do them.

See it in action

From a real round to a technical moment.

AI today doesn't understand boxing yet. The best it can do is give generic advice — or hallucinate. Ringwork is building the first true boxing AI for fighters: not "you sometimes drop your guard," but "after a left hook to the head, your elbow rotates out and leaves your torso open."

Upload real training footage, review what happened, and pick specific punches for a closer look.

Upload a round.

Review the action.

Study a punch more closely.

The beta is improving with every real round, every label, and every piece of coach feedback.

Testing and improving

Ringwork will use feedback from the project to prioritize the technical insights that matter most.

January 1, 2027

Target launch

Ringwork is aiming to launch its first professional-grade AI boxing coach.

Ringwork won't replace a coach. It's built to catch the technical moments worth a second look between sessions.

January 1, 2027 is a product target, not a guarantee.

The project so far

The project so far.

Every clip in this project comes from an actual gym, an actual glove, an actual fighter — no stock footage, no filler.

September goal: review 6,000 boxing actions together.

For gyms and coaches

Bring your gym into the project.

Founding Gyms can invite up to three fighters into Ringwork's private beta. Your gym contributes real training footage, takes part in the project, and helps influence which technical insights Ringwork prioritizes next.

  • Invite up to three fighters
  • Receive a custom gym invitation link
  • Help shape Ringwork before the January 2027 target launch

Your rounds can help build what comes next.

Label real boxing actions, upload your own training, or review the community's footage. Help shape the AI boxing coach targeted for January 1, 2027.

Official Rules

THE AI BOXING PROJECT — FOUNDING FIGHTERS CHALLENGE — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The AI Boxing Project — Founding Fighters Challenge is sponsored by Ringwork.

2. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

The Challenge consists of four Weekly Rounds (each running the calendar week shown in the Prizes section above) plus one continuous full-month qualification period for the Grand Prize.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to legal residents of any country where this promotion is not prohibited by law, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Ringwork, and anyone directly involved in administering the Challenge, are not eligible to win.

Public challenge accounts may be created without manual approval — anyone may create a Ringwork account and participate immediately.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Participate

To participate, an eligible person must create or access a Ringwork account, follow Ringwork's platform rules, and complete reviewed punch actions.

A reviewed punch action means a punch label that a participant creates or confirms through the Ringwork review flow. Both count, and count the moment the action is taken — a punch label does not need to reach final acceptance for the underlying action to have been performed.

A participant may not earn a reviewed punch action or Challenge Points by reviewing their own punch label.

Anonymous, pre-signup activity on the public challenge page does not count toward reviewed punch actions, Challenge Points, or prize qualification. Only activity by an authenticated Ringwork account counts.

A punch label submitted together with an optional quality score earns 2 additional Challenge Points on top of the standard 1 — this bonus counts toward a participant's Challenge Points total but not toward the 100-reviewed-punch-action qualification count, which is a simple, unweighted tally of actions.

5. Qualification Requirement

To qualify for a Weekly Prize, a participant must complete at least 100 reviewed punch actions during that specific Weekly Round.

To qualify for the Grand Prize, a participant must complete at least 100 reviewed punch actions at any point during the full September 1–30 Challenge Period (not scoped to a single Weekly Round).

6. Winner Selection

Weekly Winner: At the end of each Weekly Round, Ringwork will identify the eligible participant with the highest total valid point count during that Weekly Round, provided that participant completed at least 100 reviewed punch actions during that same Weekly Round.

A participant may receive only one Weekly Prize during the Challenge. If the highest-scoring qualifying participant has already won a Weekly Prize, the Weekly Prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring qualifying participant.

Grand Prize Winner: After the Challenge Period ends, Ringwork will identify the eligible participant with the highest total valid Challenge Points across the full September 1–30 Challenge Period, provided that participant completed at least 100 reviewed punch actions at any point during that period.

If two or more eligible qualifying participants are tied for the Grand Prize, the tie-breaker is: (1) the participant with the greater number of reviewed punch actions during September wins; (2) if still tied, the participant who reached their final qualifying point total earliest, according to Ringwork's system records, wins.

A participant may win the Grand Prize at most once. Winning a Weekly Prize does not affect eligibility for the Grand Prize, and winning the Grand Prize does not preclude winning a Weekly Prize.

Ringwork's determination of eligible activity, valid points, qualification, and winner selection is final.

7. Prizes

There will be four Weekly Prizes and one Grand Prize.

Weekly Prize (4 prizes, one per Weekly Round): One gym-grade camera tripod (Weeks 1 and 3) or wall-mount camera bracket (Weeks 2 and 4), plus one Ringwork tank top in the winner's custom size. Each Weekly Round has a designated colorway: Week 1 White, Week 2 Black, Week 3 Forest Green, Week 4 Sand. Ringwork will confirm the available size, prize item, and colorway with the winner, subject to availability.

Grand Prize (1 prize): One pair of Cleto Reyes boxing gloves. Ringwork will select the available model, color, and size in consultation with the winner, subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Ringwork may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Ringwork ships prizes at its own cost to winners within the United States and Mexico. For a winner located outside the United States and Mexico, Ringwork will cover the prize itself, but the winner is responsible for all shipping, customs, duties, and import costs to receive it.

8. Winner Notification

Potential Weekly Prize winners will be contacted through the email address associated with their Ringwork account within three business days after the applicable Weekly Round ends. The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted within five business days after the Challenge Period ends.

A potential winner must respond within five calendar days and provide any reasonably required identity, eligibility, shipping, and prize-acceptance information. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of the next eligible qualifying participant.

9. Invalid Activity, Disqualification, and Audit Rights

Ringwork may remove points, reverse credited actions, or disqualify any participant who, in Ringwork's reasonable judgment:

  • Uses bots, scripts, automation, false accounts, or other prohibited methods.
  • Submits duplicate, manipulated, fraudulent, misleading, non-genuine, or low-integrity activity.
  • Uploads content they do not have the rights or consent to upload.
  • Attempts to manipulate points, reviews, rankings, referrals, user accounts, or Challenge results.
  • Harasses, abuses, or interferes with other participants or the Ringwork platform.
  • Violates Ringwork's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or these Official Rules.

Ringwork may audit Challenge activity, including reviewing individual point-ledger entries and making manual corrections, before or after awarding a prize.

Ringwork employees, contractors, and staff accounts are excluded from Challenge Points and prize eligibility.

10. Video Rights, Consent, and Privacy

Participation does not change a user's Ringwork consent settings.

A clip only appears in the public, no-login challenge if its uploader has separately and explicitly enabled public-challenge display for that video, in addition to Ringwork's own curation review. This consent is off by default, may be revoked at any time, and is independent of a user's general training/peer-review consent settings.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload any video, including permission from identifiable people appearing in the video where required.

Ringwork handles uploaded clips and related account data according to its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and each user's selected consent settings.

11. Publicity

Where permitted by law, winners may be asked for permission to use their first name, city, gym name, and non-sensitive Challenge results in a winner announcement. A participant is not required to grant publicity rights as a condition of entry or winning unless permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ringwork is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, or misdirected activity; technical failures; platform outages; unauthorized intervention; or other errors that may affect participation or administration of the Challenge.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Apple, Google, or any other social-media or technology platform.

By participating through Instagram, participants release Instagram from responsibility related to this Challenge.

14. General Conditions

Ringwork may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Challenge if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Challenge.

15. Questions

Questions about the Challenge can be submitted through Ringwork.app.
